 Environmental Education

If it is too difficult to get a class to us, we will bring the class to you! For each program, a Forest Preserve District educator visits your room to help add a new twist to your existing curriculum unit with hands-on activities and visuals. Each program is directly correlated to the Illinois Learning Goals and Standards. Outlines are available for all programs. Each program requires that students review vocabulary and background information before we visit your classroom. We will provide these to you when you make your program request.
